Consequence of that finally came out with this triumphant and colossus victory. I’m really feeling obiliged and now really a little bit tense if I’ll be able to make it or not...
For most of you - who has already noted that and also for those who are now going to pay their attention to the title of this blog Painted Faces - it’s amazing, I’ll explain it just a little bit later. First let me present as well as defend, not very new but interesting concept of WORK-LeSs OFF!CE.
WORK-LeSs OFF!CE – in this ambitious, full of cut throat competition, 24x7 insomniac galleries of corporate and in this almost flat world when we first say WORK-LeSs OFF!CE, it’s just a step towards creating again that WOW effect as Vineet used to mention, HCL created with its various new and innovative policies - like Employee First, Value not Volume. WORK-LeSs OFF!CE is nothing but an obvious consequence of Employee First, where we’ll be leading to. To understand WORK-LeSs OFF!CE our very basic requirement is to understand the WORK. Keeping and preserving all my respect toward those really workaholic souls who are continuously devoting themselves more and more into work as worship to omnipresent of their life and to enrich this society with its outcomes, I’m addressing and talking about most of the people living like us in society, for them WORK is the synonym of DUTY, I’m not advocating a duty less society, but that’s the truth, as normal human being, we are more passionate and affectionate to our RiGHTS than our DUTiES, and WORK sometimes seems to be something that is now bound with us as some burden and instead of performing it cheerfully, we just start to execute it just to finish it or you can say to kill it. This is where our concept of WORK-LeSs OFF!CE comes into picture.
By WORK-LeSs OFF!CE, i meant to say an office where we work with in a pleasant environment and our work is like a joyful activity that not only provide us with our needs but also nurture our inner self, and it’s need. Where we’ll not DO our WORK but instead of that we’ll perform it in beautiful manner as we are composing a new melodious tune or giving shape to a new beautiful creation or hitting a winning shot or delivering a live performance for standing ovation or like Geet Sethi is cueing for his final pot, I used here Geet Sethi because I want to quote him from his famous book “Success vs Joy” according to him Success is what we do for society and Joy is what we do for self. I’m not saying to be completely selfish and live only for self, because we’ve our duties for this society also. So we’re going for success along with joy we are going for WORK-LeSs OFF!CE where we work with joy we are moving to:

But the main question is how?
I’m not going to serve you the same old wine ‘Love your work…, satisfaction or blah-blah, but here we are going to say to work in your manner so that you love your manner of work, your place of work, and obviously than finally the outcome of your work.
What’s my approach for that is to fetch out some hidden colors from your painted faces. Painted Face is the truth we all are living with or in other words, we are all living with our faces painted.
Our surrounding, our society, our family, our job, our duties, our responsibilities, our friends, our relatives, every one used to paint our face in their choice of colors and like to watch it from their point of view. Some where among these colors, we all have our own heart touching color that’s our color of passion, our color of joy, our color of freedom, our color of life, our color of heart. Some of us recognize it and love to paint their face with that, some just try with their color and some just pass their entire life with colors painted by others.
I want you to paint your face with your choice of color; I want to give you that atmosphere in the office where you can feel your true color beside your Painted Face.
Most of us have our face painted with color of being Engineer but hidden beneath it, some of them have a beautiful mind to create magic with colors, some are good with pencil, some love to express them with music, some are good players of words, for some this world is book, some look every thing from humor side and love to express it on paper and some are magician with pen.
I want our that face to be shown up which we really crave for. I want to provide you that platform that ambient atmosphere in Office which help us to recognize our own hidden color.
Mostly we spend 9-10 hrs everyday- I want to provide that surroundings where you can live comfortably with your painted faces along with your color also, where you don’t need to think twice before listening to your heart, Where you can simply FoLLow uR HeaRT… ,
When you will feel the success smiling with Joy, when you will feel happiness, tranquility and contentment within yourself then you’ll not feel your work as WORK and then that place will be the place we call WORK-LeSs OFF!CE.

So here it was the beginning, we are now on our ride to a journey or we had better say that we are ready to start a new orientation. But still its just start what I need is your support, lot of support, yours suggestions your views and your ideas and comment and help to implement it all. And also hope that corporate is listening to us and we’ll reach there, I believe we can achieve it together; it’s probably simpler than destroying our President’s (now CEO) Office or probably a move towards that.
